I AM Strong 5K Mudventure Race is a women-only race with a combination of adventure and mud racing with over 20 obstacles such as tire flips, rope pulls, balance challenges and many more! There are recreational and competitive divisions for all levels of ability, including walkers, with the goal being to support one another and accomplish a challenge together.

Why "I AM Strong"?

The women’s-only race was designed to build awareness of JLQC’s purpose, advance on the mission of our I AM Initiative and raise funds for organizations that are supporting and empowering women in our community.

The I AM Strong Mudventure Race offers women an opportunity to bond and support one another through a fun, but physically challenging exercise while collaborating with area businesses to support local charities that positively impact our community by improving the lives of women and girls.

100% of race entry fees go to Junior League of the Quad Cities. Each year, area non-profit organizations who align with our mission are chosen by our membership as a charitable partner. They receive anywhere from a minimum of $3,000 to a maximum of $10,000 based upon funds raised.
